Bluetooth

Bluetooth is the name given to a radio technology which allows signals to be transmitted wirelessly over short distances between telephones, computers and devices.

It is now widely used wherever a close connection is needed. For example, a mobile phone can 'pair' with the bluetooth in a car in order to take and make calls or to listen to pod casts or music from the phones' media library or a streaming service.

Modern printers may be bluetooth enabled, to allow mobile devices to print directly.
